We do not collect, harvest, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers or cloud databases. Nothing leaves your phone.
Because there are no centralized accounts or cloud synchronizations required to use our core features, your information remains invisible to us. We do not integrate third-party data tracking, behavioral analytics, or advertising frameworks that secretly collect user data.
We may introduce optional cloud synchronization and backup services in the future to enhance your experience. Any such future services will be strictly opt-in. If you choose to use these optional cloud features, your data will be governed by a separate, dedicated Privacy Policy and Terms of Service specific to that feature, which you will be asked to review and accept at that time. Until then, or if you decline the optional service, your data processing remains strictly local as described in section 2.
Since your information is exclusively stored on your device's local storage, you bear the sole and exclusive responsibility for its safekeeping, management, and backup. We highly recommend that you routinely utilize your device's native backup solutions (such as iCloud or Google Drive) to prevent data loss in the event of hardware failure, operating system crashes, or accidental uninstallation.
To further empower you, our application includes a built-in Export and Import feature. We strongly encourage you to regularly export your data, which is generated as a local JSON file, and store it in a secure external location. Please note that this JSON format serves as a structural data backup only and does not include attached photos or media files. It is exclusively your responsibility to verify the integrity and completeness of your backups after creation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APPLICATION, THE EXPORT/IMPORT MECHANISM (INCLUDING JSON OR OTHER FORMATS), AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS, DEFECTS, AND ERRORS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION AND ITS BACKUP FEATURES IS AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE DEVELOPER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, DATA CORRUPTION, FAILURE TO TRANSMIT OR RECEIVE ANY DATA (INCLUDING MEDIA FILES NOT SUPPORTED BY STRUCTURAL JSON EXPORTS), BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL OR PERSONAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE USER ACTIVELY ASSUMES PREEMPTIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL DATA PRESERVATION. BY UTILIZING THE APP, THE USER EXPLICITLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO CLASS-ACTION LAWSUITS, ARBITRATION CLAIMS FOR DATA LOSS RECOVERY, CONCILIATORY CLAIMS, OR ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION TARGETING THE DEVELOPER FOR MISSING INFORMATION.
